RFID Tire Whole Solution

The MESNAC RFID(Radio Frequency ldentification) tire tag has been developed to be embedded in the tire during the tire building process. The tag can endure the high temperature and pressure during the fire curing process. And the coupled firm with flexible construction enough to withstand deformation and stress for the lifetime of the tire. As tire's electronic "identification card", the RFlD tag provides the Unique Item ldentification (UII) number for tires, which can be locked or permanently locked after writing. The RFlD tag also provides a user memory of 0-2 bits. where data can be written according to user requirements during tire production, usage and retread. User memory can be protected by password or permanently locked.

Application Method of RFID Tire Tag

RFID tag can be embedded in sidewall of tire during building process. It is important to keep the tag antenna perpendicular to the carcass cords. There should be good adhesion between the RFID tags and the tire, with no bubbles.
