Qingdao MESNAC Co., Ltd. Signs an Agreement with a Slovakian Company

On May, 11th 2004, MESNAC held a signing ceremony of “technology cooperation on rubber tire equipment” with Matador Co., Ltd, Slovakia in Haitian Hotel. Pavol Rusko, vice premier of Slovakia, and some officials attended the ceremony including Ma Lunye, vice chairman of Qingdao NPC, Cui Xizhu, vice secretary of Qingdao CPC, standing vice mayor of Qingdao, Ju Hongzhen, head of National Rubber Industry Association.
 　　
 Slovakia is a machinery kingdom possessing the world-leading technology in the processing and production of rubber machinery. Matador is a conglomerate with a combination of the production of both rubber machinery and tires. Its technology is world leading.
 　　
 The Company is a key software enterprise with state-level and a key software maker in the state-level development plan in Qingdao, devoting itself to the facelift of the traditional industry mainly in rubber tire sector with the computerized information, majoring in the development of the applied software and the production of the equipment with an electro-optic-mechanical integration.  This cooperation is another higher class, deeper level technical cooperation after the project signed last March on the technical cooperation of Radial Tire Multi-Drums Automatic Building Machine. The cooperation of Matador and MESNAC will further push the technical cooperation of Qingdao in industrial automation equipment technology and improve the technical, economic trade cooperation of our two countries to a higher level in broader sectors by forming the union of powers and complementing each other and co-establishing high level RD center in tire equipment technology.
