Innovative Quality Development, Intelligent Control of the Future The 2024 China Automation Congress Held

On November 2nd, the 2024 China Automation Congress was kicked off in Qingdao. Organized by the Chinese Association of Automation and co-hosted by Qingdao University of Science and Technology and the National Rubber & Tire Engineering Technology Research Center, this year's congress focused on the deep integration of automation and artificial intelligence under the theme "Innovative Quality Development, Intelligent Control of the Future." It aimed to explore the innovative development of new industries and technologies. More than ten academicians and over 300 academic elites from universities and research institutions were invited, along with more than 3,000 representatives from academia and industry. The event featured 10 keynote reports and 46 parallel sessions held simultaneously.

On the afternoon of November 2nd, Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Mesnac Co., Ltd. together hosted a parallel forum themed "Intelligence Drives Future with Lean Quality Control - Exploring the New Landscape of Intelligent Manufacturing and Lean Control of Tire Industry." Numerous experts, scholars, and industry leaders gathered to discuss the latest progress and future trends in intelligent manufacturing and lean control within the tire industry.

On November 3rd, Guan Bingzheng, Chairman and President of Mesnac Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote report titled "Intelligent Manufacturing and Lean Control in the Tire Industry." He delved into the typical characteristics of the tire industry, the current status and future trends of China’s tire industry, and shared explorations and practices in intelligent manufacturing and lean control.
