On September 18, the 19th China International Rubber Technology Exhibition was held in the Shanghai New International Expo Center. More than 700 exhibitors from nearly 30 countries and regions participated in the exhibition. The full range of smart rubber machinery products and solutions from MESNAC Co., Ltd. have attracted much attention, and the brand-new booth image has become one of the focuses of this exhibition.
It is understood that all the rubber industry-related product and solution of MESNAC will participate in the exhibition, with mixer upsteam machines, automatic small chemicals weighing systems, one-stage rubber mixing equipment, inner liner production lines, cutting products, TBR and PCR tire building machines, off-road tire building machines, curing machine, X-ray machines, dynamic balance uniformity equipment, mold products, RFID electronic tags, energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, etc. have all attracted the attention of customers from different regions, and relevant technical personnel have conducted in-depth exchanges .
Among them, the TPRO-S TBR and PS2A one-stage PCR tire building machine launched by MESNAC in recent years are still the focus of customers. According to the relevant person in charge, the sales of PS2A PCR tire building machine in 2019 has reached 30 sets, with the shift production exceeds 600pcs. Moreover, the light trucks and run-flat models have also been derived from the PS2A PCR product platform, which has been delivered to customers. The TPRO-S TBR tire building maxchine has become a star product in the industry. More than 60 sets have been sold in just one year after the launch, with 170 pcs have been produced in shifts at multiple production sites, and the cycle time of the single machine is within 150 seconds. Then the next goal of MESNAC is to achieve the shift production exceeded 180pcs.
Since 2016, the introduction of new MESNAC products and technologies has accelerated significantly. In addition to tire building machines, TP-3 cutting machines, CPS curing machines, third-generation dynamic balance testing machines, and smart mixing solutions have also been new bright spot in the field of smart manufacturing in the rubber industry. It is reported that in the coming October, MESNAC will launch a number of new products such as OTR tire building machines, cutting machines, apex, and new technologies in big data applications.
