MESNAC Successfully Purchases the Stocks of Qingdao Kingerobot

MESNAC successfully purchased 80% of the stock of Qingdao Kingerobot Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. with own funds on February 5.

Qingdao Kingerobot, built in December, 2007, is primarily involved in the business of producing and selling robots, manipulators with spare parts and after-sales service, etc. Kingerobot has three departments consisting of Manipulator System, Automation and Industrial Robot Engineering System and Robot Fireman System. Its products include manipulator, automation fittings testing and packing, transportation system, robot application engineering, all of which are widely applied in factories or process automation, such as basic enterprises, automobile and its components, industrial electrical equipment, electro-communication, food beverage, medical treatment, chemicals for daily use, home appliance and so on.

The stock purchase helps MESNAC reach a higher automation level in more fields, such as automobile, food beverage, etc. and also contributes to improving MESNAC products quality and whole profitability.
