In order to perform the functions of the technical service center and push the performance of the technical service center, the Company held the Autumn Working Conference of four regional technical service centers on 29th July, 2004.
Gao Yanchen, general manager of the Company, pointed out, that they have achieved preliminary results in equipment maintenance, market pioneering, acceptance of project and the return visit to customers since the establishment of the service center, and the service center is accepted and got a better review by the customers. The four service centers should be production-oriented and have hearted services and customer-centered and turn the products maintenance into the customer service, and eager to help the customers in need and try to find a way out and work out the emergency for them really and satisfy them.
