On the morning of October 27, Precision Mould Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), the overseas production base of MESNAC Union Technology Co., Ltd., was opened in the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone,Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. It is the first segmented tire mould manufacturing enterprise in Vietnam. More than 100 attendees, including leaders from the Tay Ninh Provincial Government of Vietnam, the Industrial Park, Vietnam Rubber Association, MESNAC Co., Ltd., as well as representatives from globally renowned tire companies, were present at the event.
Zhou Chuanhai, Chairman of Precision Mould Co., Ltd., extended warm welcome and sincere gratitude to all guests and partners attending the event. Zhou Chuanhai reviewed the nine-year development journey of the parent company, MESNAC Union Technology. He stated that the establishment of the Vietnam base represents a crucial step in the company's internationalization strategy, aiming to get closer to the market and meet the supply chain demands of global customers. The Precision Mould Industrial Park will be constructed in two phases, ultimately evolving into an advanced base that integrates high-end mould manufacturing and equipment maintenance services, filling a gap in Vietnam's local industrial chain. In the future, the company will continuously uphold the principles of "reliable quality, leading technology, and product confidence," strictly adhering to global unified standards. The goal is to build the Precision Mould Industrial Park into a cutting-edge research and development, manufacturing, and service hub, striving to become a vital bridge connecting Chinese manufacturing with the global market and contributing to the development of the global tire industry.
The Phase I project of the Precision Mould Industrial Park will focus on producing segmented moulds for PCR tires, with a monthly production capacity of 120 sets. Phase II of the project is scheduled to be launched by the end of 2025, aiming to further enhance production capacity and expand into the manufacturing of moulds and equipment services for TBR tires, motorcycle tires, and other related fields. The objective is to establish a more comprehensive localized supply chain system for global customers.
