1.Develop product design solutions based on customer requirements, produce design drawings, select appropriate structures, and establish material BOMs (Bill of Materials).

2.Lead the research and development of new products, oversee their upgrading and technical improvements, and manage the archiving of technical documents. Drive efforts towards product standardization and modularization.

3.Compile equipment manuals, operation guides, and other related documentation. Organize and archive all relevant information pertaining to the equipment.

4.Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the machining, installation, and commissioning phases of equipment production.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2.Proficient in the use of design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

3.At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design, with the ability to independently complete the design of product components.

4.Strong sense of innovation and learning ability, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a high level of responsibility.

5.Prior experience in the rubber machinery industry will be given priority.

6.Willingness to accept long-term domestic and international business travel.
