MESNAC’s 2024 College Graduate Recruitment Training Camp Successfully Concludes

On July 25th, the training camp for college graduate recruits of 2024 successfully concluded, with 63 new recruits participating in the training for 11 days.

The camp featured a rich variety of activities, producing one after another emerging stars ready to take on responsibilities. 14 internal training courses, combining theory and practice, were meticulously developed by leaders in various fields within MESNAC. The content covered corporate culture, industry knowledge, human resources, R&D, safety, and other modules. During the camp, all participants went to Rizhao for outward bound activities; they also engaged in industrial chain research and factory visits at the National Engineering Research Center for Rubber and Tire, immersing themselves in the industry to understand latest  industry development.
