MESNAC Cooperates with Beihang University on Reliability Research

On October 21st, MESNAC signed strategic cooperation agreement with School of Reliability and Systems Engineering at Beihang University in Beijing. Based on the agreement, two parties will jointly establish Reliability Technology Laboratory and conduct cooperation on the reliability research and application.

School of Reliability and Systems Engineering in Beihang University is the first university to establish quality and reliability engineering discipline in China in 1985. Through thirty-year development, it has become a leading research institute on reliability and systems engineering within the country and enjoyed widespread influence at home and abroad in quality, safety and reliability research and application. MESNAC has been committed to R&D and innovation of digital equipment, software application and new rubber material. It is known to the field with its overall solution that integrates software and equipment, management and control, as well as its endeavor to promote the smart progress in rubber and tire industry. With a vigorous expansion to chemical equipment, industrial robots and energy-saving service, MESNAC supports the establishment of National Engineering Research Center for Rubber and Tire as well as National Engineering Laboratory for Advanced Tire Machinery and Key Materials and constructs the most optimized technology development platform in rubber and tire industry.

Through the cooperation, two parties will further transform its respective advantage and strengthen the research in reliability engineering science and application. MESNAC and Beihang are expected to work together to overcome technical barriers that hinder equipment reliability and lifespan improvement, and promote the reliability research on the general system of “smart factory” applicable in the rubber and tire industry.
