On December 12th 2013, MESNAC (America) Co., Ltd was established. The company is responsible for the establishment and management of a series of platform function including financial management, HR management, purchase and logistics and comprehensive service in MESNAC American Research and Technical Center, Sales and Marketing Company NA/LA region, WYKO US, WYKO UK, and TMSI. MESNAC (America) Co., Ltd aims to effectively consolidate MESNAC global resources, optimize its management and control mode, and further promote the implementation of MESNAC strategy.

 Zheng Jiangjia is appointed as the Board Chairman of MESNAC (America) Co., Ltd. David Jones works as the President of the company, and Jerry Gu is appointed as the CEO of the company.
