On 27th April, the acceptance meeting of “Developing Specialized Equipments for Digitized Rubber Tire Production” of “11th Five-Year” National Scientific and Technological Support Plan has been held by High and New Technology Development and Industrialization Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology in Qingdao.
This project includes five tasks, which is organized by Qingdao Technology Division and cooperated by MESNAC Co., Ltd, Sailun Co., Ltd, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Tianjin University and Zhejiang University. According to modern production concept, this project has been made a set of solutions of digitized rubber tire production with independent intellectual property right, including finish the research of large enterprise informationize system—digitized tire production and control system to realize the overall informationize of tire enterprises; develops the key technology of implantation and application the RFID wafer into tire, which reaches the international leading level and provides important technology support for the intelligent tire and telematics development; conquers the essential technology of advanced mixing modeling and batching control to improve the quality of mixed compounds and reduces the total energy consumption of enterprises; breaks through the crucial technology of laser and x-ray tire testing and imaging and applies in tire testing successfully, which realizes the localization production of this series equipments; independent develops digitalized mixing system, digitalized inner-liner extruding and cutting production line, digitalized PCR half-steel radial tire building machine, group control hydraulic curing system, networking tire detecting line and other key equipments of digitalized tire production, all of these have reach the international advanced level.
This project has applied 29 invention patents and 57 new utility patents (48 authorized), got 47 software copyrights, published 52 academic papers, run 4 national standards and 10 industrial standards.
The successful implementation of this project improves production and management level of national tire industry remarkably as well as enhances the products’ quality. It provides powerful technology support for tire industry development and accelerates the nation’s transition progress from a big country of tire manufacturing to a powerful country.
