Yuan Zhongxue, MESNAC Chairman of the Board Attends National Technology Conference

On 18th February 2011, the National Technology Conference held in Beijing. Liu Yandong, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee，State Councilor; Sang Weiguo, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress; Wan Gang, Vice Chairman of CPPCC (Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference), Minister of Science and Technology as well as relevant person of China’s state organs and delegates of Chinese science and technology system, etc, attend the conference.

Yuan Zhongxue, Chairman of National Tire Process and Control Engineering Technology Research Center, MESNAC Chairman of the Board has been invited to attend the conference, and he makes the speech of “Take advantages of combining learning, research and production to promote the integration of superior industry resource and stride the traditional structure of industry so as to realize the chain development of whole industry”. He mentions, from the establishment of the “Center”, it is as a platform to take the advantages of learning, research and production combination to integrate the superior resource of tire industry effectively and track out a brand-new development mode, which improves technical level of the whole tire industry.

Mr. Liu Yandong emphasizes in his speech that we should take scientific development as the major theme and lay stress on supporting economic development to implement the outline of scientific planning in-depth. Meanwhile, carrying out the guideline of “independent innovation, essential striding, sustaining development and guiding future” to accelerate the close combination of technology and economic society development, improving the ability of independent innovation to lay solid foundation for constructing a newly and powerful modernization country.
