On 17th, September, 2010, MESNAC 10-year celebration holds in Qingdao. On 17th, all the people first visited MESNAC R&D center, equipment industry zone in Jiao Zhou, and ECSS synthetic rubber new materials industry zone in Lai Xi, Qingdao; Among these, the equipment industry zone in Jiao Zhou is the new project of MESNAC, with total investment 0.77 billion RMB, while the ECSS synthetic rubber new materials industry zone is supported by National Tire Process and Control Engineering Research Center(NTPCC), with total investment 2.4 billion; all the people understand the excellent achievement in rubber mechanism field, low-carbon technical, utility of "Internet of things", as well as the development of national tire project center.
At night, MESNAC holds royal celebration in Shangri-la Hotel, chaired by the President, Mr. Gao Yanchen as the; During the dinner, Chairman of Board, Mr. Yuan Zhongxue on behalf of all the MESNAC's staff control a short speech, he pointed out that, during the decade, MESNAC has developed from the initial 1 Department to the Group with 10 subsidiaries; from earlier from the initial 500,000 RMB start-up capital increased to more than 150 million market capitalization; from less than 50 people in the beginning to the present expansion nearly 3,000 people; range of rubber machinery in the Industry rose from more than hundred to the world's top 4; from the initial one research group to National tire process and control Engineering Technology Research Center; from the initial single product to the key equipments series. All these achievements are profited from Qingdao University of Science and Technology, all levels of government leaders, customers, suppliers, trading peers and of friends, and the persistent pursuit of innovation and hard work of all the MESNAC' people.
He also pointed out that the MESNAC should continue to emphasize the entrepreneurial spirit: the first generation needs to start an enterprise, the second generation continues to enterprising, and the three generations still enterprising. The life of MESNAC is entrepreneurship, she is adhering to the "self-denied and innovation-persisting" to win the future. Moreover, MESNAC is the responsible enterprise, she focus on economic growth and social responsibility as well. That leads to MESNAC takes responsible for her employees firstly, to promote "people-oriented scientific" by management, MESNAC was stressed, and now still want to stress - MESNAC staff's private affair is the most important affair to the company", and "Hard work for a better life."
He stressed that in the next decade, MESNAC will continue to deepen research cooperation with schools, for the better combination of production and research, without losing support of Qingdao University of Science and Technology; MESNAC will continue to maintain such character: hard-working, perseverance, unpretentious, willing to sacrifice and work together for one mind; Work with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, MESNAC will manage "National tire process and control Engineering Technology Research Center "to a world-class project, including in education and training, basic research, technology development and application, production demonstration; it is collecting of software, hardware, materials, production in one, to make the whole industry to join in together, and supply open, fair, public, and best technology platform for the rubber industry and China's progress. Party secretary of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Mr. Gao Qing said in his speech that, after decades of development, MESNAC achieved a "triple jump" from school-run enterprises, restructuring company, up to the listed company, achieved a perfect transformation for private high-tech enterprises. In future, Qingdao University of Science and Technology will continue to advance, and innovate this model, and create greater glories.
