On 1st-Dec-2011, MESNAC formally acquired 100% interests of the world-renowned R&D institution, manufacturer and supplier of tire tooling—WYKO Tire Technology.

WKYO was established in 1962 and built production base at Greenback Tennessee US in 1977, which engages in precise manufacturing and assembly of tire tooling for international tire production industry. Its major product is drum, the core component of tire building machine. WYKO has nearly 50 years’ experience of drum research and manufacturing, which owns many types of manufacturing technologies for precise assembling equipments, represented by drum, transfer ring, etc and a number of cutting-edge technologies. WKYO is an internationally renowned brand in tire industry; the customers cover numerous tire manufacturers worldwide. After joining MESNAC, the brand will be kept and its original business will continue. Meanwhile, WYKO will integrate more advantageous resources from MESNAC to provide high quality products and service for customers.
