Electron irradiation rubber sheet production line adopts high energy electron produced by electron accelerator to irradiate the rubber sheet used for tire processing continuously. After irradiation, the sheet engenders physical cross-linking to strengthen the intensity of the semi-product, this is called pre curing. Tires made by this technology have benefits of rubber usage reduced and quality improved.

Electron irradiation rubber sheet production line is an off-radiation production line. It can be used to irradiate numerous types of rubber sheets and carcass plies, and the irradiation width is 800-1500mm. The down stainless steel wire conveyor hauls the sheets automatically. Uninterruptible sheet irradiation adopts automatic splicing design to produce irradiation sheet continuously. The integrated automatic control system ensures the quality of rubber sheets and the favorable man-machine conversation interface provides abundant introductory information to users, easy and simple to handle.
