Performance:

According to technological requirements, the production line extrudes rubber sheets applied to inner-liner by cool feeding pin type extruder. The supply conveyor and lying conveyor provide rubber uniformly to the extruder and extruded by up-side and middle rolls, then it goes into middle and down-side rolls directly to get the smooth appearance and compact sheets, after that, by cooling, cutting and double positions windup device to wind-up and center the rubber sheets. The maximum width of rubber sheets produced by this production line is 2500mm.

The production line adopts Siemens S7-300 as central control system, and using POFIBUS-DP net of distributive I/0 to make data communication. By using MPI bus line, the control system intercommunicates with host computer software. The host computer provides monitor screen of the production line, it can set and modify production parameters to show the whole machine’s working condition. The production line adopts intelligent instrument to realize temperature control, and keeps the temperature of the relevant parts steadily to be controlled within the range of technological requirements during the production process.
