Pressurized Seal Pneumatic Ash Conveying System


The Pressurized Seal Pneumatic Conveying System is designed by our Company in accordance with SDGJ11—90 Technical Code for Ash Handling Design In Thermal Power Plants and the requirements from JB/T8470—96 Pressurized Seal Pneumatic Conveying System. It is developed from years of experiences of the Company in pneumatic conveying system design and manufacturing. This System is mainly used in thermal power plants and in the cement industry. The System can collect the ash from the ash bucket of the boiler coal saver or electric dust collector, then the ash is fluidized in the silo pump and is evenly transmitted in the ash-conveying conduit, due to the ash fluidity and the perfect air-ash combination, the ash stays a column form during the whole ash conveying process, under the pressurized seal pneumatic ash conveying mode, the ash is conveyed into the ash depository for storing. This system can also meet client’s demand of separately conveying and storing ashes collected in different electric fields by the electric dust collector of a boiler according to fineness. The system can handle boiler coal ash, limestone powder, raw meals of cement, mineral powder, and grain among other particle materials. The Pressurized Seal Pneumatic Conveying System, from a perspective of structure and flow, mainly consists of the air source and purifying system, conveying silo pump system, conveying pipe system, ash depository collecting system, and the controlling system, altogether five systems. The controlling system has two modes of control, integrated control and site control, and the integrated control also has two controls, full-automatic control and manual control.
