MESNAC signed a contract with Sailun (Vietnam) on 6th, May. MESNAC will provide dosing system, part of mixing, inner-liner calender line, cutting machine, tire building machine, testing machines and Nitrogen generation station. The total cost is 26.15 million dollar.
