Mr. Wang Jinjian Designated as the President of MESNAC

On October 22, MESNAC Co., Ltd. convened its 21st meeting of the 4th Board of Directors and passed “MESNAC's Report on the Third Quarter of 2012” and “Proposal of MESNAC President Designation” by voting of participating Directors.
As nominated by Chairman Mr. Yuan Zhongxue and approved by Board of Directors Nomination Committee, MESNAC appointed Mr. Wang Jinjian as the President, until expiry of the term of the current Board of Directors.
