On Dec. 31, 2009, State Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information, Ministry of Commerce, State General Administration of Taxation joined together to issued a document publishing 2009 Key Software Enterprises List Under State Planning and Layout. We have gained the honor in seven consecutive years since 2003.
