Inner-liner Production Line With Opposite Extrusion Method Successfully Developed

Recently the inner-liner production line with opposite extrusion method is successfully developed by MESNAC. This production line realizes the hot lamination after one-off extrusion and calendering by reducing the secondary let-off after winding, which completely resolves the problems that one million sets of all-steel radial tires production line suffers shortage of production capacity with one inner-liner production line and surplus of production capacity with two inner-liner production lines. Also, equipment network management has been realized for the production line which enables itself to carry out the real time monitoring and facilitate the operation and maintenance. Its successful development improves the tire production efficiency on the whole and further raplidly upgrades the tire quality.
