In 2009, MESNAC and Qingdao University of Science and Technology were nominated to develop National Tire Process and Control Engineering Technology Research Center to build the optimal technical research platform. The key, basic and common technical problems in tire process and control field will be studied and solved systematically with engineering solutions to push the tire industry forward in improving technology, optimizing and upgrading products.
MESNAC, centering on tire production technology, provides customers with digitalized outfit of all critical sequence for making tires from chemical dosing, mixing, calendering, cutting, building to curing, checking, etc. It also successfully develops the first Tire Whole Life Cycle Information Management System in world to make digitalized tire manufacturing companies for customers. Its informationized equipment has covered over 80% of the equipments needed in tire production line.
