1.Pneumatic Energy-saving Technology
This technology optimizes and improves tire production equipment and production system by modifying the output pressure of air compressor, improving its running condition, adjusting the air pressure supply and optimizing the conveying process, etc. It realizes 10%-25% energy-saving of pneumatic system. This technology is to change hot water curing into nitrogen curing by rebuilding the deoxidation power system and improving tire curing process, which can reduce the cost of 50% compared to the traditional curing process. Presently, MESNAC can provide not only the complete nitrogen curing machine system but also machine and technology reconstruction based on traditional process. By adopting this curing process, 80% steam can be saved and bladder lifespan can be double extended. Tire cured by this process do not need water cooling so as to reduce curing time 25%.
4.Tire Temperature-adjusting Curing Technology
This technology can adjust the tire curing process to reduce steam consumption of 35% during tire during and save water circulation consumption. Compared to same productivity, it can save power of 30%. This technology can be easily implemented without further investment in machines or production shut-down. It turns out obviously beneficial.
5.Energy System Optimization & Energy-saving Technology
Its main projects include steam recycling generated during condensation water and hot water discharging with recycling rate of 80% and heating and refrigeration steam saving of 60%; residual heat refrigeration and surface water refrigeration to reduce air-conditioner refrigeration power-saving 50%; cooling water system reconstruction to save water circulation consumption 50%; heating and air-conditioner system improvement to save heating steam 50%.
