We Successfully Developed YLX-G2035 Engineering Tyre X-ray Testing Machine on Our Own

Recently, our company successfully developed YLX-G2035 Engineering Tyre X-ray Testing Machine with its performance up to the international level.
 
 YLX-G2035 Engineering Tyre X-ray Testing Machine is a new type automatic X-ray perspective testing machine. It can fast test the engineering tyre with perspective on the whole section from one bead to another, so as to find the defects such as fault, air bubble, wire breakage, Non-uniform distribution of wire, tearing and impurities etc. existing in the tyre.
 
 The industrialized countries started the research on tyre X-ray test from 1970’s, and now their tyre X-ray testing rate is up to 100%. However, our country still has a long way to run in this aspect. Through careful analysis on the current situations at home and abroad, our company successfully developed the engineering tyre X-ray testing machine with the Independent Intellectual Property Right. The equipment is a type of opto-mechatronic product which is specially used for testing the engineering tyre quality in order to guarantee the consistency and stability of the outgoing tires. During research, the project development team of our country has firstly determined the product standard, performance, process flow and equipment composition, and then adopted according to the developing demand of information technology the digital measuring and performing component to realize the automatization and information monitoring in respect of control functions and the networked operation in respect of management; moreover, there is an access to the plant-level network which helps to realize the opto-mechatronic design of the product.
